Last updated: 27 October 2026. We update this page every week as new IPOs are announced, so bookmark it for the next IPO calendar. Data from NSE India and SEBI. IPO dates and price bands can change, so always confirm in the company’s final offer document before you apply.
Investing in IPOs can be risky. The share price after listing can be lower than the issue price, and you can lose part or all of your money. Applying does not guarantee an allotment either. Read the offer document and invest only what you can afford to lose.

Companies That Have Filed IPO Papers but Have No Dates Yet
Before an IPO can happen, a company files a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. Filing a DRHP does not mean the IPO is approved or will definitely launch. The company needs SEBI’s observations first and then announces dates. According to SEBI’s list of draft offer documents, companies that filed or updated their DRHP in October 2026 include Oravel Stays, GAMP Services, Hunger Pangs, Soleos Energy, Inox Air Products, Inox Clean Energy, Grace Renewable Energy, Integrum Energy Infrastructure, Pentacle Consultants and Rudra Green Ship Recycling. We list these only as filings. We do not have official dates or sizes for them.

How to Check Upcoming IPO Dates Yourself
IPO dates are announced a few days before an issue opens, so the list above changes often. You can check the official sources at any time:
- NSE India: the IPO section on nseindia.com lists current and upcoming issues, with price band, dates and the offer document.
- BSE India: the Public Issues section on bseindia.com lists IPOs listing on BSE.
- SEBI: sebi.gov.in publishes draft offer documents (DRHP) and final offer documents (RHP), including price band advertisements.
- The registrar: after the issue closes, the IPO registrar’s website shows your allotment status. The registrars for this week’s issues are MUFG Intime India (EAAA India Alternatives and SFC Environmental Technologies), KFin Technologies (BLS Polymers and Jio Platforms) and Bigshare Services (M. K. Sons Fine Jewels).
IPO Terms Explained in Simple Words
- Price band: the lowest and highest price at which you can bid. The final issue price is set within this range.
- Lot size: the minimum number of shares you must apply for. You can apply in multiples of the lot.
- Fresh issue: new shares the company creates. The money goes to the company.
- Offer for sale (OFS): existing shareholders sell their shares. The money goes to them, not the company.
- Anchor investors: large institutions that are allotted shares a day before the issue opens to the public.
- RHP: the Red Herring Prospectus, the company’s offer document with the issue details. It is the document to read before applying.

Why We Do Not Show IPO GMP
Many searches for upcoming IPOs also ask for GMP, or grey market premium. GMP is an unofficial figure from informal trading. It is not published by NSE, BSE or SEBI, so we do not list it here, and it does not tell you what the share will be worth on listing. Use the offer document and your own goals to decide.
